Patra Jasa realize that the business process excellence requires a conducive working environment characterized by the commitment and efforts to manage aspects of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Protection (HSSE). HSSE managers not only have an impact on the creation of a Healthy Work Environment, zero accidents, and safety of employees are protected, but more than that will create the service in line with expectations and use of services will ultimately improve the competitiveness and corporate image. Patra Jasa HSSE policy in line with the policy of PT Pertamina (Persero) is committed to protect any person, company assets, the environment and surrounding community of the potential hazards associated with the company's operations. Based on this awareness, management Patra Jasa HSSE place in the management aspects of company operations that form HSSE management headed by its own managers. HSSE Policy

HSSE Activities
Patra Jasa HSSE activities in facilities and infrastructure include the examination and evaluation process HSSE on business operations such as: kitchen area, maintenance area, laundry area, an area hotel room, restaurant and ballroom area, page area including waste treatment area. In 2011, HSSE performance Patra Jasa very good run in accordance with an accident which did not work (nil) accident) which is reflected in the realization of management performance agreements. HSSE Training
In order to grow a culture aware of the importance of HSSE, Patra Jasa implement a planned and periodic training on HSSE such as: measuring HSSE culture, training, fire fighting, training and examination facilities HSSE equipment, training, contractor safety management system (CSMS) and various other related training. CSMS training is relevant to remember from 2012, all subsidiaries of PT Pertamina (Persero) shall apply CSMS as part of the procurement process.
The next plan ahead
In the future, along with the transformation program Patra Jasa HSSE aspects are integral part of business process transformation to service excellence in accordance with the expectations of the use of the Service. To that end, management will enhance the implementation of the Patra Jasa HSSE aspects of the whole business process so as to foster a work culture based on awareness of occupational health and safety aspects of environmental protection. In order to raise awareness of the importance of aspects of HSSE employees, then the fore aspects of HSSE is an integral part of the picture of corporate performance.
