Jakarta, March 10th, 2025 – Pelita Air and Patra Jasa started an effort during the holy month of Ramadan 1446 Hijri by inviting orphan kids from the Rasulullah SAW Foundation Jakarta to celebrate the holy month in Yogyakarta.

Pelita Air and Patra Jasa launched the “Harmoni Kebersamaan” Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Collaboration Program, which was used to carry out this event. The program’s goal is to give children in orphanages a unique and memorable Ramadan experience.

“The ‘Harmoni Kebersamaan’ program was started because we wanted orphanage children to experience a different kind of Ramadan, flying comfortably with Pelita Air and staying at Patra Malioboro while exploring Jogja’s attractions,” said Asa Perkasa, Commercial Director of Pelita Air.

The journey that began with Pelita Air flight IP240 to Yogyakarta continued with sightseeing visits to various top destinations, starting from Taman Pintar, Fort Vredeburg, to Palace of Yogyakarta.

After the tour, the children had the opportunity to experience staying at the Patra Malioboro Hotel. Rizky Mahesa Dwiyana, Director of Hospitality and Multi Services at Patra Jasa, said, “The collaboration activities between Pelita Air and Patra Jasa are not only a manifestation of synergy between the two companies but also a concrete example of an effective collaborative marketing program.” With the hashtag #NaikPelitaNginepdiPatra, we hope to raise awareness and interest in our services among the public. In addition, Patra Jasa also hopes that the children from the Rasulullah SAW Orphanage will have a valuable and unforgettable overnight experience, as well as gain new and beneficial insights.
