Patra Jasa and Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) Forge Strategic Partnership Thru Boarding Pass Thru Value (BPTV) Program

July 9th, 2025 – PT Patra Jasa and PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a strategic marketing partnership, one of the programs being Boarding Pass Thru Value (BPTV). The signing took place on July 9, 2025, with Rina Martha, VP Marketing & Sales of PT Patra Jasa, and Krisna Arianto, Acting EVP of Passenger Transport Marketing and Sales of PT KAI, in attendance. This agreement aims to provide additional benefits to KAI passengers thru special prices and attractive promotions at Patra Jasa hotel network, as well as expand the marketing reach of both parties. The collaboration is valid for one year from the date of signing and can be utilized by KAI customers throughout Indonesia.

Thru this collaboration, KAI passengers who show their boarding pass or e-boarding pass can get a 10% discount for direct (walk-in) hotel room bookings at 4 (four) Patra Jasa-owned hotels along the railroad line, namely Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention, Patra Cirebon Hotel & Convention, Patra Bandung Hotel, and Patra Malioboro Hotel. This promotion is valid for seven calendar days from the departure date listed on the boarding pass, with the terms and conditions set, such as not being valid during the high season and requiring a minimum stay of two nites for special promotional prices. 

In addition, customers are also entitled to a 10% discount on food and beverage purchases at Patra Hotel restaurants. This promotion is valid for a minimum purchase of Rp150,000, excluding alcoholic beverages, and can only be used once during the validity period of the boarding pass. All these promotions can be accessed thru the KAI application, AcessbyKAI. 

Rizky Mahesa Dwiyana, Director of Hospitality & Multi Services at Patra Jasa, stated, “This agreement is a strategic step for PT Patra Jasa in an effort to reach KAI’s active users, which number approximately 51 million passengers (2024), and aims to introduce hotel services to KAI users, while also expanding market reach and providing added value for
