National Occupational Safety and Health Month (K3) is an annual program organized by the Indonesian government to raise awareness and commitment among all stakeholders about the importance of occupational safety and health in various industrial sectors. Welcoming National K3 Month, Patra Jasa held the Opening of the Patra Jasa Group National K3 Month 2025 at the Yudistira Ballroom, Patra Jasa Office Tower (21/1).

Held in a hybrid format, the event showcased the strong commitment of management in bringing about a transformation in the work safety culture, attended in person by President Director Ray SM Daulay, Finance and General Affairs Director Aditya Dhanwantara, Property Director Dani NA Sulaeman, Strategy and Business Development Director M. Indharto Rusman, as well as the Directors of Subsidiaries and all Officers of the Patra Jasa Group. In his speech, the President Director of Patra Jasa expressed his appreciation for the HSSE performance achievement in 2024, which recorded Zero Accidents.

In the opening, a talk show themed “Overcoming Demotivation: Reigniting Passion and Purpose at Work” was also held with Marissa Meditania, M. Psi., a psychologist who explained how to overcome demotivation by reigniting passion and purpose at work.

On this year’s K3 Month commemoration, Patra Jasa Group emphasizes the importance of collaboration and active participation from all parties in creating a safe and healthy work environment. Occupational safety and health are prioritized, with a focus on reflection, evaluation, and the enhancement of a safety culture across all business units. Through this comprehensive approach, Patra Jasa Group is determined to ensure that every activity runs safely, minimizes risks, and upholds the principles of occupational safety in the modern era.
