Jakarta, November 25th, 2025 – PT Patra Jasa has once again achieved success by winning the Indonesia Trusted Companies Award at the 2025 Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) Award, organized by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) in collaboration with SWA Magazine at the Ballroom of the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta (11/25). This year, CGPI adopted the theme “Building Dynamic Corporate Capabilities within the Framework of Good Corporate Governance (GCG),” as a push for the business world to strengthen adaptive and sustainable governance.

This award is given based on the results of a comprehensive assessment by CGPI, which reviewed the consistency of GCG principles thru a series of evaluation stages, from document assessment to judging interviews. From that series of processes, Patra Jasa was designated as a Trusted Company, reflecting the continuous improvement in governance quality maintained year after year.

The award was received directly by the President Director of PT Patra Jasa, Ray SM Daulay, who was accompanied by the Pj. VP Corporate Secretary, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, and the VP Legal & Compliance, Harni Latfia. The presence of this management team reflects Patra Jasa’s seriousness in strengthening the implementation of GCG and ensuring that governance becomes an integral part of the company’s business operations.

In the previous judging session, Ray emphasized Patra Jasa’s commitment to strengthening governance as the main foundation for business sustainability.
