The Indonesia Good Corporate Governance Award is an annual event organized by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) and SWA Magazine, which has been held for 23 years. With the theme “Building Corporate Maturity Within the Framework of Good Corporate Governance,” 50 State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Private Companies participated in the event. Based on the assessment results from the Jury Committee in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI), Patra Jasa received an award in the category of Indonesia Trusted Companies 2024, which was directly accepted by the President Director.
“On behalf of Patra Jasa Management team, I would like to thank you for the award given to Patra Jasa.” This is evidence that Patra Jasa, as a Portfolio Subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), is consistent in implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) within the Company. Patra Jasa always conducts socialization on the importance of understanding GCG, anti-bribery, and anti-fraud within the Company. So that in the future, all Patra Jasa officers can apply compliance with GCG in their daily work, which can have a positive impact on the Company.
During the judging, the President Director of Patra Jasa – Ray SM Daulay and the Commissioner of Patra Jasa – Rudi Prabowo Aji explained the compliance with GCG implemented by the Company. “Patra Jasa implements PDAC (Plan-Do-Action-Check) in the application of GCG within the Company.” All activities or the implementation of GCG at Patra Jasa refer to the Company’s Long-Term Plan, in accordance with the Company’s Vision and Mission,” said Ray SM Daulay during the judging.
Patra Jasa management continues to commit and strive to implement sustainable GCG, such as conducting educational campaigns or socialization, assigning and continuously improving the Company by regularly training employees, and implementing environmental and community protection programs. As a result, the assessment and evaluation of the implementation of GCG at PT Patra Jasa continue to improve. “For the past 3 years, the results of the assessment and evaluation of GCG implementation at Patra Jasa have consistently improved. Therefore, this year we are confident that we can maintain that value considering the many actions that have been taken at Patra Jasa,” said Rudi.
This achievement is a tangible manifestation of Patra Jasa’s commitment to consistently and sustainably implementing good corporate governance.
