The signing took place at the Patra Jasa Office Tower and was conducted by the President Director of Pelita Air, Dendy Kurniawan, together with the President Director of Patra Jasa, Ray S. M. Daulay. Also present were the Commercial Director of Pelita Air, Asa Perkasa, and the Director of Hospitality and Multi Services of Patra Jasa, Rizky Mahesa Dwiyana, at this event.

“We hope that the signing of the MoU between Pelita Air and Patra Jasa can mutually support each other to strengthen Indonesia’s tourism industry and further reinforce the Pertamina Group’s business ecosystem,” said Pelita Air’s President Director Dendy Kurniawan.

In line with this, the President Director of Patra Jasa, Ray S. M. Daulay, said, “Looking at the current tourism trends, it can certainly be a great opportunity for the tourism sector, especially in the hospitality and aviation industries. Therefore, with the synergy between Patra Jasa and Pelita Air Service, together we can enhance our competitive market, expand consumer reach, and engage in cross-selling,” he explained.

Pelita Air and Patra Jasa will engage in a partnership synergy and co-branding collaboration in terms of development, promotion, and enhancement of the Company’s brand awareness. The scope of this collaboration includes working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and influencers who showcase their flying experiences with Pelita Air and staying at Patra Jasa Hotel.

Another collaboration is related to marketing and promotional activities, both digital and non-digital, using each company’s social media applications. The promotion in question is related to the bundling program of Pelita Air flight tickets and stays at Patra Jasa-owned hotels every time you travel.

“Several programs have already begun to be developed together, especially in marketing Patra Malioboro Hotel and The Patra Bali Resort & Villas through the Yogyakarta and Bali flight routes operated by Pelita Air. Bali and Yogyakarta are among the cities with significant tourism potential and are frequently visited by tourists for vacations,” said Ray.

Regarding the collaboration to be undertaken by these two Pertamina subsidiaries, Dendy Kurniawan assured that the partnership between Pelita Air and Patra Jasa will provide benefits for the growth of each company’s business.
