Ending September 2023, Patra Jasa held a Bond Issuance Workshop which took place at the Yudistira Ballroom, Patra Jasa Office Tower (26/9) by inviting experienced speakers from securities, including; Kevin Praharyawan, Managing Director Investment Banking Capital Market PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, Mohammad Fikar, VP Capital Management PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and Teddy Hariyanto, VP Fixed Income Research PT Mandiri Sekuritas.

This was done in preparation for the issuance of Debt Notes/Bonds which Patra Jasa plans to carry out in 2024 as a strategic step to encourage the achievement of the Company’s targets and in line with the funding program stated in the 2023 and 2024 RKAP. Held in a hybrid manner, this activity attended directly by the entire Board of Directors and Management of Patra Jasa offline, and witnessed by all PERWIRA Patra Jasa Group via Mteams online.

As additional information, Patra Jasa has carried out a rating by PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) and received an “idA+” rating and an Outlook with a “stable” rating.
