June 10th, 2025 – PT Patra Jasa has successfully obtained a preliminary ‘BBB’ ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) rating from Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI), a global stock market index provider, risk analysis tool, and ESG rating agency that serves as a benchmark for investors worldwide. This rating, effective as of May 2025, is a significant achievement that puts PT Patra Jasa in the spotlight amidst growing global attention to corporate sustainability practices.

This ESG rating provides an initial overview of PT Patra Jasa’s sustainability commitment and performance. In the context of the MSCI ACWI index for the Real Estate Development and Diversified Activities sectors, which includes 40 companies, PT Patra Jasa’s ‘BBB’ ESG rating reflects a competitive and relevant position nationally in terms of sustainability practices. Although the company’s previous ESG rating history was not available, this ‘BBB’ rating indicates a step forward in the company’s transparency and accountability in environmental, social, and governance areas.

The ESG rating evaluation of PT Patra Jasa is based on scores across several key pillars. The Environmental pillar scored 2.2 with a weight of 33 percent, indicating a concern for environmental impact. The Social pillar recorded a score of 6.2 with a weight of 20 percent, highlighting community aspects. Meanwhile, the Governance pillar achieved the highest score of 5.4 with a weight of 47 percent, emphasizing the importance of strong corporate governance structures and practices. As of May 29, 2025, the average weighted score for PT Patra Jasa’s key ESG issues reached 4.5, indicating the company’s strategic steps in responding to the most relevant sustainability issues in the industrial sector.
