PT Patra Jasa held a signing ceremony for the Labor Agreement period 2025-2027 on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the Yudistira Ballroom, Patra Jasa Office Tower, Jakarta. This event was attended by a number of important officials, including the Director General of Industrial Relations Development from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Indah Anggoro Putri, the Board of Directors of PT Patra Jasa, VP, Head of Patra Jasa Workers Union Bambang Setiawan, and the ranks of the SPPJ Management.

This is a form of joint commitment to create a harmonious, fair, and productive work environment, as well as a guideline for the rights and obligations to support employee welfare and company growth. The signing process was carried out by the Head of Patra Jasa Workers Union Bambang Setiawan and the President Director of PT Patra Jasa Ray SM Daulay and was witnessed directly by the Director General of Industrial Relations Development from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Indah Anggoro Putri.

PT Patra Jasa is committed to building constructive and sustainable working relationships, with the hope of encouraging the performance and welfare of all employees. With this Labor Agreement, it is expected to be a strong foundation in overcoming various challenges in the future and can support closer relations between the Workers Union and Management in realizing the Company’s vision and mission.
