Jakarta, July 28th, 2025 – In order to strengthen digital governance, PT Patra Jasa held a strategic event, the Signing of the Information Technology (IT) and Cyber Security Governance Commitment Charter, on July 28, 2025, located in the President Director’s Meeting Room, 3A Floor, PT Patra Jasa Building. This activity is part of the follow-up to the initial commitment that was signed together with PT Pertamina (Persero) on May 23, 2025, and is carried out as a concrete form of strengthening IT governance and cyber security in the company’s environment. The event was attended by the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and subsidiary company leaders, including the Board of Commissioners of PT Patra Jasa, the Directors of PT Patra Jasa, the President Director of PT Prima Armada Raya, the President Director of PT Mitra Tours & Travel, the VP of Digital Development, the VP of Corporate Secretary, and the VP of Controller & Reporting.

The signing of the Information Technology (IT) Governance and Cyber Security Charter Commitment was carried out by three parties: M. Indharto Rusman as Director of Strategy and Business Development, Devry Farany as President Director of PT Mitra Tours & Travel, and Esa Wisnu Prabowo as President Director of PT Prima Armada Raya. This commitment covers five main aspects: Information Technology Management Strategy, Information Security Classification Commitment, Application Governance Commitment, Electronic Data Governance Commitment, and Cyber Security Charter. The signing was conducted for PT Prima Armada Raya and PT Mitra Tours & Travel, with the aim of ensuring information security and maintaining the company’s image in the face of increasingly complex digital challenges.

Thru this initiative, the Directorate of Strategy & Business Development of PT Patra Jasa is committed to continuously monitoring and evaluating the implementation of information technology governance thru Performance Reviews. The hope is that all entities within PT Patra Jasa can become more adaptable and integrated in managing information technology and cybersecurity, while also strengthening the company’s position in the digital transformation era. This commitment goes beyond official documents; it is also a strategic step to enhance digital resilience and maintain information security across all business lines of PT Patra Jasa and its subsidiaries.
