Jakarta – PT Patra Jasa has held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2023 Financial Year, which took place in Jakarta on May 16, 2024.
In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), Patra Jasa recorded positive performance throughout 2023. The AGMS proceeded smoothly and was attended directly by the President Commissioner of Patra Jasa, Aditya Griadi, along with the Board of Commissioners of Patra Jasa, and the President Director of Patra Jasa, Ray SM Daulay, along with the Board of Directors of Patra Jasa. Meanwhile, from the shareholders, Asep Samsul Arifin from PT Pertamina (Persero) and Ali Syamsul Rochman representing PT Pertamina Pedeve Indonesia were present. The performance achievements reported are a consolidation of two subsidiaries of Patra Jasa, namely PT Mitra Tours & Travel and PT Prima Armada Raya.
The President Director of Patra Jasa, Ray SM Daulay, presented his report stating that Patra Jasa has recorded an increase. “In 2023, Patra Jasa recorded revenue of Rp3.5 trillion, an increase of 33% compared to the achievement in 2022. With a net profit of Rp187 billion, an increase of 53% from 2022,” said Ray.
Furthermore, Ray stated that Patra Jasa will commit to continuously growing sustainably, maintaining the continuity of the Company’s business by continuously improving performance and good Corporate Governance.
Patra Jasa has also achieved a number of accomplishments, including 27 awards, among which are 1 international award and 16 national awards.
