As a services subsidiary of Pertamina, Patra Jasa participated in Pertamina’s Group 2023 Synergy Workshop in The Patra Bali Resort & Villas. The agenda of the activity were discussion and submission of a summary & feedback on Synergy 2022, Summary of Potential/Results of the 2023 Pertamina Group Synergy PPL Pre-Workshop discussion and KPI Value Creation, and Commitment to Synergy.

Pertamina Holding assigns the Directorate Business Unit and Pertamina Group to carry out business synergies between Pertamina Group, utilize and use commodity goods and services products produced by Pertamina Group, make a cooperation contract agreement in the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Services No. A 5 001 /I 00100 2019S 0 and/or internal regulations in each AP/PTA. On this occasion, representatives of the Patra Jasa Group attended the discussion, as well as Whisnu Bahriansyah as the Technical Director who signed a synergy commitment related to the provision of insurance programs for AP/PA/Pertamina Subholdings. The signing was witnessed by PT Pertamina (Persero) SVP Strategy & Investment, Daniel Syahputra Purba and Synergy Portfolio Manager, Heri Hariyanto.

We hope that this synergy can optimize performance between Subsidiaries and Affiliates within the Pertamina Group, as well as obtain KPI Value Creation commitments and synergy commitments for implementing activities that can optimize synergies, both from the Revenue Enhancement and Cost Optimization programs.
