Patra Jasa Wins 3 Awards at IHCBA 2024, Evidence of Sustainable HR Transformation

Opening the year 2025, PT Patra Jasa achieved a remarkable feat by winning three prestigious awards at the Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCBA) 2024. This award was received directly by the Finance and General Affairs Director of PT Patra Jasa, Aditya Dhanwantara (24/1).

This event carries the theme “Leading HC Transformation & Change for Sustainability” and was held at Hotel Aryaduta, Central Jakarta, on January 24th, 2025. Three awards won by Patra Jasa include:

  • Silver predicate in the category “Brilliant Equality and Inclusion Initiatives of Year 2024,” as a form of recognition for the company’s efforts in creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
  • Gold predicate in the category of “Brilliant Employee Engagement of Year 2024,” reflecting Patra Jasa’s commitment to enhancing employee engagement and well-being.
  • “Brilliant Director in HC Transformation of Year 2024,” an individual award given to Aditya Dhanwantara for his leadership in effectively managing HR change and transformation.

As part of the event series, Aditya Dhanwantara also served as a speaker in the Winner Talks session, a talk show that provides an opportunity for winners to share insights and experiences related to innovation and Human Capital management strategies. In this session, Aditya elaborated further on the steps taken by Patra Jasa to improve the quality of Human Capital management, including the implementation of programs focused on equality, inclusivity, and employee engagement.

On that occasion, Aditya stated that this award is the result of the company’s commitment to sustainably managing human resources. “We believe that investing in human resources is the key to facing business changes and challenges. Therefore, Patra Jasa continues to drive innovation in HR management, whether through inclusivity, employee engagement, or human capital transformation,” he said.
