PT Patra Jasa Wins 2 Awards at the BUMN Branding & Marketing Award 2024

PT Patra Jasa successfully wo n two awards at the 12th BUMN Branding & Marketing Award 2024, held at Hotel Borobudur Jakarta (14/11).

The awards received are the Platinum Category for Internal Team Dynamics on Innovation, and The Best CMO Excellence in Optimization and Acceleration in Digital Initiative, which were presented directly to the Director of Property PT Patra Jasa, Dani N. A. Sulaeman.

The BUMN Branding & Marketing Award is an award of appreciation and recognition for BUMN companies and their subsidiaries in optimizing branding and marketing potential, which play a role not only as the main drivers of the national economy but also as the representative face of the nation on the international stage. This award is organized by BUMN Track and supported by DMID.

In the judging conducted online at the end of October 2024, Patra Jasa explained the Company’s Long-Term Plan strategy for its three main businesses: property, hotels & resorts, and multi-services. For the property business, Patra Jasa plans to optimize the available property assets and inventory, while for the hotels & resorts business, the Company plans to develop a flagship hotel that represents the quality of Patra Jasa’s products and services. For the multi-services business, the plan is to provide integrated services and improve service quality by referring to best practices.

“In implementing the marketing strategy, the Company conducts media campaigns where the Company communicates corporate activities through several media channels, namely mass media, social media, and the Company’s website.” In addition to the Media Campaign, the Company also conducts a Branding Program, where the Company’s activities related to asset optimization, service enhancement, collaboration with stakeholders, and Corporate Social Responsibility & Environmental activities are also communicated. In addition, the Company’s participation in award events and compliance with certification programs, such as ISO:9001 (customer service and quality management standards), ISO:37001 (anti-corruption management), ISO:14001 (environmental management system), ISO:45001 (occupational health and safety), and ISO:27001 (information security), is certainly fulfilled,” said Dani.

Dani also explained the digital transformation undertaken by the Company, such as the establishment of the E-Inspection application in relation to the facility management service business, as a form of systematic digital initiative. E-Inspection is an application related to the reporting of facility management activities, focusing on the recording and monitoring of inspection activities. In addition, Patra Jasa has also launched MyPatraHotels in the form of an application and website that makes it easy for customers to book hotels owned by Patra Jasa. “We offer various special offers or hotel promotions directly to customers, aiming to make it easier for consumers to access Patra Jasa’s products and services,” concluded Dani.
