Internationale Tourismus-Börse (ITB) Berlin is an event that highly anticipated by Business Activists working in the Tourism Industry. It is a prestigious event that held every year in various countries alternately. This year, the event was held on 7 – 9 March 2023 at Messe Berlin, Germany. Indonesia through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy participated by opening a booth by named Indonesia Pavillion, which occupied by representatives from the Hotel/Accommodation industry, Travel Agents or Tour Operators in Indonesia, especially the five Super Priority Tourism Destinations (5 DPSP).

The Patra Bali Resort & Villas owned by Patra Jasa, is a hotel located on the Dewata Island, Bali that also become one of the participants who joined the Indonesia Pavillion. Bali as an exotic island that has natural beauty and always been the prima donna for local and international tourists, especially for European tourists including Germans and Polish. The enthusiasm of the visitors at the ITB Berlin 2023 event was seen by the full business matching slots at the Indonesia Pavillion, where The Patra Bali itself has conducted business matching with prospective customers who attended as many as 50 meetings. This is an event to find new customers, especially the European market to visit Indonesia, with support from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to accommodate representatives of the Hotel/Accommodation industry, Travel Agents or Tour Operators in Indonesia to be able to promote the beauty of Indonesia (7-9/3).
