September 25, 2025

Jakarta, September 25th, 2025 – Patra Jasa, thru its business unit The Patra Bali Resort & Villas, has partnered with Bali International Hospital (BIH) to launch a Medical Tourism program for Pertamina Group officers and the general public. This program was launched in response to the need for integrated services between tourism and healthcare, allowing guests to enjoy their vacation while undergoing a comprehensive health checkup.

This collaboration is realized in the form of a special 4-day, 3-night stay package at The Patra Bali Resort & Villas, complete with Bali Classic or Bali Deluxe Medical Check-Up (MCU) services at BIH. Program users will receive a 10% discount on their stay at The Patra Bali Resort & Villas, a 10% discount on Food & Beverage at the hotel (terms and conditions apply), and a 10% discount on MCU services at Bali International Hospital. This program is exclusively for BIH patients staying at The Patra Bali Resort & Villas and Patra Hotels & Resorts guests using BIH MCU services.

Rizky Mahesa Dwiyana, Director of Hospitality & Multi Services at Patra Jasa, stated that this collaboration is a form of service innovation that combines two main needs: health and vacation comfort. “We want to provide added value for Pertamina Group officers and the public thru attractive package offerings. With this program, they not only get to relax at a comfortable resort but also have the opportunity to maintain their health thru world-class medical facilities at Bali International Hospital,” Rizky explained.

The tangible benefits gained thru this program are time efficiency by combining vacation time and health checkups, a comfortable hotel environment that supports recovery and relaxation, and easy access to modern medical services of international standards with a vacation atmosphere that promotes a healthy, balanced, and productive lifestyle.

Furthermore, Rizky added, “This Medical Tourism program is a real manifestation of Pertamina Group’s commitment to supporting the economy, especially in the Bali region, while also contributing to the development of national tourism and health.”
